Great meals. Just like my grandma's house. Tasajo, rabo, arroz imperial, and the arroz con pollo all authentic Cuban. The buñelos also take me back to childhood cuban Christmas delights. The price has gone up through the years but where hasn't the price gone up?
Me encanta el arroz a la chorrera de este lugar, es solo los domingos pero vale la pena ir
This is a cafeteria style restaurant. Nothing big or fancy, but super delicious Cuban food. Like my mother use to make. Sundays they have the Arroz con Pollo (chicken with rice) special for like $10.99. Three people can easily eat from it. They also have a fried flounder that is amazing. Will definitely recommend it.
Ate the pan con bistec here for a quick lunch super good if u want it done the real Cuban way they have funny signs in the restaurant that'll keep u laughing as u wait
We go to Hialeah when we want to eat great tasajo (without the onions and peppers) and their boniato is always on point ! My only complaint is that their chicken is always only the legs and the fried chicken needs some mojo !!
